Walkthrough (SPOILERS):

1.  After prologue  you have to activate main terminal on the left table and enter login and password (hint: sticky note on the right side of monitor).
2. Put vertical switch up
3. after power outage go to the panel to the left of terminal (flip 3, 4, 5 ,6).
4. when repair drones start to spawn you can hack defense terminal on the right. To do that you have to select all processes that have keyword in their name (font is a bit bad from that camera angle, sorry >.<).
5. enter the terminal and shoot drones until core stability reaches 10%.
6. go to terminal on the left and find solve two puzzles:
   
   first: find the matching sequence of numbers,  number must be selected in same order as displayed on top.  Sequence can spawn both horizontally and vertically).
   
   second: Select in order:  B1 - B6 - B7 - E7
